This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reports@wikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergency@wikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.


Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.


Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.


Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

This is another sockpuppet for Seyed haji (talk · contribs). The user is known for long-time abuse of Commons with re-uploading previously-deleted copyvio files. He was blocked twice for uploading unfree files after warnings and then banned for life due to abusing multiple accounts. Please see the following for more details:

Paapo4561 continuing to upload copyrighted images after final warning

Paapo4561 (talk · contribs) has been uploading copyrighted images for several days. I gave them a final warning last night and they've uploaded five more images today. Three were easy to find copy-vios, the other two are clearly professional promotional shots, but no immediate Google lens hit. No communication from this user, here or on en wiki where I've also left them a warning about copyrighted images.[1] At this point, I think a block is needed.
